📌 什么是 Innovation Playbook？

Innovation Playbook 是一个员工创新指南网站，帮助你：

在一个安全的空间里探索和尝试新想法
使用 GitHub 记录、协作和展示你的创新项目
从想法（Idea）走到原型（Prototype），甚至毕业（Graduation）进入正式产品

💡 你不需要是程序员。 本指南的设计目标是让你在”使用中学会”，而不是先学习再开始。

✅ 准备清单

在创建项目之前，请完成以下 3 项准备：

1️⃣ 注册 GitHub 账号

如果你还没有 GitHub 账号：

打开 github.com
点击 Sign up，按提示完成注册
建议使用公司邮箱

已有账号？直接跳到下一步。

2️⃣ 加入创新 GitHub Organization

联系你的管理员或创新负责人，提供你的 GitHub 用户名
管理员会将你加入 gcr-garage-innovation Organization
你会收到一封邀请邮件，点击 Accept 接受邀请

验证方法：打开 Organization 首页，能看到组织页面就说明已加入。

3️⃣ 确认你在正确的 Team 中

加入 Organization 后，你还需要在 incubator-creators Team 中，这个 Team 赋予你创建项目 Repo 的权限。

💡 如果你不确定自己是否在这个 Team 中，请联系管理员确认。

✅ 有 GitHub 账号
✅ 加入了 gcr-garage-innovation Organization
✅ 在 incubator-creators Team 中

📌 What Is the Innovation Playbook?

The Innovation Playbook is an employee innovation guide designed to help you:

Explore and experiment with new ideas in a safe space
Use GitHub to document, collaborate on, and showcase your innovation projects
Take an idea from Idea → Prototype → and even Graduation into a production product

💡 You don’t need to be a developer. This guide is designed so you can learn by doing — no upfront training required.

✅ Preparation Checklist

Before creating a project, complete these 3 steps:

1️⃣ Create a GitHub Account

If you don’t have a GitHub account yet:

Go to github.com
Click Sign up and follow the prompts
We recommend using your corporate email address

Already have an account? Skip to the next step.

2️⃣ Join the Innovation GitHub Organization

Contact your manager or innovation lead and share your GitHub username
An admin will add you to the gcr-garage-innovation Organization
You’ll receive an invitation email — click Accept to join

To verify: open the Organization homepage. If you can see the org page, you’re in.

3️⃣ Confirm You’re on the Right Team

After joining the Organization, make sure you’re a member of the incubator-creators Team — this team grants you permission to create project repos.

💡 Not sure whether you’re on this team? Reach out to your admin to confirm.

If you have:

✅ A GitHub account
✅ Joined the gcr-garage-innovation Organization
✅ Been added to the incubator-creators Team
